Where else the sloth moth would go? The sloth moth is an insect that lives exclusively in the long fur of the arboreal mammal- sloth. They live by eating the algae that grown on the fur of the animal and other excretory metabolites of the sloth.

The sloth is strictly an arboreal animal, visit the ground only once a week to defecate. During such time, the sloth moths lay its eggs in the fecal matter of the sloth and from the fecal material, the sloth moths grow and start their association with new sloth and thereby the sloth-sloth moth relationship continues. The question is what reward the sloth moth offers to the sloth? The simple answer is that sloth moth offers no reward to sloth.

The sloth moth is the one that needs the sloth not only for its own survival, but also for rearing its future generation. However, the sloth moths implicate no harm to its host, although offers no benefit.

Many corporate will be harboring such sloth moths unknowingly. Since they harm the least, such people are not taken seriously by the corporate management. But for such sloth moth people, their entire life depends on the corporate and they do not know how to live outside the corporate. It is not about harmful and useless people alone should be identified, corrected/removed from the corporate, but people who contribute nothing must be corrected or removed.

The problem is when the dependency and relationship become complex, measuring and monitoring the contribution of people become difficult. Such people always identify themselves with the organization and never like to display or reveal own identity. It is like how sloth moth that lives in the fur and lay eggs in the fecal matter of the same animal, emerges from the fecal material and then invade a new host. When people show such absolute dependency, they will appear to be always available in the and for the organization. Most of the time, such people are misidentified and defined as very committed employees.

The message of nature to the corporate is to understand the possible existence of sloth moth people in corporate.
