The sloth is strictly an arboreal animal, visit the ground only once a week to defecate. During such time, the sloth moths lay its eggs in the fecal matter of the sloth and from the fecal material, the sloth moths grow and start their association with new sloth and thereby the sloth-sloth moth relationship continues. When people show such absolute dependency, they will appear to be always available in the and for the organization. Most of the time, such people are misidentified and defined as very committed employees.
