New trends in technology have been invented based on Data Science Software and it has many possibilities in telecommunication sector, said Professor L Sumalatha on the 64th founding day celebrations of IETE (Institute of Electronic and Telecommunication Engineers) held at JNTU Kakinada here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion Sumalatha said that Communications sector has been rapidly developed with the advent of WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram and development of many other apps.
She urged the research scholars and students to conduct research for the benefit of humankind with the help of data science and software. Sumalatha also spoke on Graphical Visualisation, Analytics, Recommendation Systems and Machine Learning. She created awareness among the participated students about the employment possibilities in Data Sciences.
ECE Professor Dr I Santha Prabha presided over the meeting while Prof. K Babulu, IETE Secretary; Dr K Rama Devi, Treasurer and other faculty members and students participated in the event.
