Vijayawada Central MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao said first time in the state, AP Pro Kabaddi Championship competitions will be conducted at Dandamudi Rajagopala Rao Municipal Corporation Indoor Stadium in Vijayawada from December 18 to 20. Addressing a press meet here on Monday, he informed that players from 13 districts would participate in the competition.
Vijayawada: Vijayawada Central MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao said first time in the state, AP Pro Kabaddi Championship competitions will be conducted at Dandamudi Rajagopala Rao Municipal Corporation Indoor Stadium in Vijayawada from December 18 to 20.
Addressing a press meet here on Monday, he informed that players from 13 districts would participate in the competition.
He said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was giving priority to sports. The government had taken steps to construct a stadium in all the Assembly constituencies and added that the government had a proposal to construct Amaravati Sports Complex. Krishna District Kabaddi Association secretary Srikanth was also present.
