Water taps to all houses soon, promises MLA
MLA Badeti Kota Rama Rao (Bujji) assured the citizens that drinking water taps would be sanctioned to all houses in the city by February. He participated in Janmabhoomi-Maa Vuru meeting at the 38th Division held on Wednesday.
Eluru: MLA Badeti Kota Rama Rao (Bujji) assured the citizens that drinking water taps would be sanctioned to all houses in the city by February. He participated in Janmabhoomi-Maa Vuru meeting at the 38th Division held on Wednesday.
The MLA said that under Amrit Scheme, water taps would be installed in every house by February to supply protected water to the citizens. He informed that the construction of 12,000 houses sanctioned by the Government in Eluru constituency would begin from Ugadi.
The MLA and Mayor Sheikh Noorjahan distributed Rs 2 lakh in cash to the kin of deceased members, Vandabattula Mahesh and Thotakura Sulochana under the Chandranna Bheema scheme. MLC Ramu Surya Rao, Corporator Nirmala Kumari, Municipal Commissioner A Mohan Rao and others participated in the meeting. The MLA inaugurated a free medical camp organized by Sheikh John of the 38th division at the Janmabhoomi meeting venue.
