Ongole: The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation and Kajaani University from Finland are offering training programme for eligible candidates in game development for participation in Indian Gaming Development Challenge 2018, announced the Prakasam district manager for APSSDC, Shaik Meeravali.

He said that those who have completed or final year students of M Tech or MCA or MBA or BSc with computers can apply for the training and challenge in game development.

He said that the professors from Kajaani University in Finland will provide training to the selected 500 candidates at SRM University in Amaravati.

He revealed that the candidates will be made into groups of four people and trained on graphic designing, marketing and web development along with the game designing.

He asked the interested and eligible candidates to register at http://engineering.apssdc.in/igdc by paying Rs 200 as registration fee and Rs 1,500 for the training.

He announced that the food and accommodation for the training programme will be paid by the APSSDC.
