Guntur: Transport Department conducted LLR mela in Chebrolu, Narakodur, Kollipara, Kolluru, Bhattiprolu, Jampani and gave LLRs to 485 persons.
The transport department gave LLRs after conducting the driving tests. The transport department is conducting LLR melas and giving driving licenses to the eligible.
Since June 18, the department conducted melas in the villages and issued LLRs to as many as 2,125 persons.
They are conducting LLR mela on June 23 in Mahavaram, Janapdu, Krosuru, Muppalla, Macherla, Machavaranm to give LLRs to the eligible.
Deputy Transport Commissioner GC Rajaratnam urged the youth having 18 years of age to avail this opportunity and take LLRs.
