The health minister was on an official tour and on his return expressed his disappointment over the decision. Azad is believed to have instructed his colleagues to stick to what was decided by the Congress Working Committe, acorrding to which Telangana will be granted separate statehood with Hyderabad as joint capital.
Does it mean the GoM will revoke its decision on Rayala Telangana?
