Pithapuram (East Godavari): Dr Umar Alisha, head of Sri Viswa Vignana Vidya Adhyatmika Peetham, was honoured with the National Integrity and Service Award by the Vamsee International in recognition of his service activities.
He received the award from Sri Viswayogi Viswamji at the 45th Vamsi Ugadi Puraskaram award presentation function held at Sri Thyagaraya Gaana Sabha in Hyderabad on Saturday.
KV Ramana Chary, Advisor to Telangana Government, PVK Ramana Prasad, Principal Chief Legal Advisor, ACB, Telangana, Vamsi Ramaraju, founder of Vamsee International and others were present on the occasion.
