Inter supplementary exams from today
The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education has made elaborate arrangements for conducting Intermediate Public Supplementary examinations from May 24 to June 1.
Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education has made elaborate arrangements for conducting Intermediate Public Supplementary examinations from May 24 to June 1.
A total of 4,69,547 candidates including 3,49,664 first year students and 1,19,883 second year students would appear for the examinations. The Board has arranged 1,006 centres across 13 districts in the State for smooth conduct of examination.
The Board in a release on Monday said, 50 flying squads drawn from education department, police and revenue departments and 65 sitting squads would be deployed at problematic centres.
In all, 39 centres were installed with CCTV cameras to monitor the examinations. The Board scheduled practical examinations from June 2 to 6. Similarly, ethics and human values examination will be conducted on June 7 and environmental education examination on June 8.
The Board advised candidates to seed their Aadhaar number if they have not seeded. Aadhaar numbers are also printed on the Hall Tickets. Candidates are advised to verify the correctness of their Aadhaar number, the Board said. It further said, power department was requested for uninterrupted power during the examinations.
