Vijayawada: Krishna University Inter-College Men’s Kabaddi Tournament will be conducted at Vikas Bachelor of Physical Education (BPED) College at Nunna near Vijayawada from December 27 to 28.
Vikas Educational Institutions secretary and correspondent Naredla Satyanarayana Reddy speaking to the media on the college campus here on Sunday, said that men’s kabaddi teams from various colleges will take part in the tourney. Arrangements have been completed for the tournament, he added. Boarding and lodging will be provided for the players on the college campus, he said.
Vikas BPED College principal Dr S Raju said that Krishna University Men’s Kabaddi team would be selected after completion of the tournament. The same team would participate in South Zone Inter University Tournament, he added. Gannavaram MLA Dr Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan will inaugurate the tournament, he said.
Vikas BPED College physical directors B Uday Kumar and MV Raghavaiah were present.
