SpiceJet on Sunday launched services between Vijayawada and Varanasi (Kasi) for the convenience of passengers. Except Tuesdays, the flight will be operated for six days in a week between the two destinations with a halt at Hyderabad Airport.

The Boeing 737-800 flight has seating capacity for 180 passengers. The flight takes off at Varanasi at 10 am and reaches Gannavaram airport at 1.50 pm. On the way, it reaches Hyderabad airport at 12.10 pm.
In the return journey, it starts at the Gannavaram airport at 2.40 pm and will reach Varanasi at 6.55 pm. Gannavaram Airport Director G Madhusudhana Rao and other officials were present at the airport during the inaugural function on Sunday.
