Minister Kamineni Srinivas will be the chief guest. Dr MSVK Raju, national president of Indian Psychiatric Society, and Dr Y Raja Rao, chairman of AP Medical Council, will be guests of honour. VIMHANS director Indla Ramasubba Reddy will preside.
