New Delhi: The CBI has moved the special CBI court in Hyderabad seeking cancellation of bail of YSR Congress president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy in a corruption case.
CBI sources said Reddy was allegedly trying to influence a witness in the corruption case against him. It was alleged in the case registered in 2011 that Reddy had influenced his father, the then Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy, to favour some private companies, the sources said.
