TDP celebrates CM birthday
Telugu Desam Party state president Kimidi Kala Venkata Rao on Thursday cut the cake on the occasion of 68th birthday of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and distributed it to the party leaders and activists. Speaking on this occasion, Venkata Rao reminded how Naidu entered politics in his university days and became Chief Minister and strengthened the party.
Guntur: Telugu Desam Party state president Kimidi Kala Venkata Rao on Thursday cut the cake on the occasion of 68th birthday of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and distributed it to the party leaders and activists. Speaking on this occasion, Venkata Rao reminded how Naidu entered politics in his university days and became Chief Minister and strengthened the party.
He said that though the state was facing severe financial crisis, the Chief Minister completed Pattiseema Lift Irrigation Scheme and was developing the state by implementing various development and welfare schemes. He said Naidu, a senior Chief Minister in the country, had been working 16 hours per day for the development of the state.
He urged the party activists to fill the gap between government and party and asked them to propagate the welfare schemes being implemented by the party government. He said Naidu was explaining the significance of every drop of water to the people through Neeru-Pragathi scheme.
Earlier, the TDP state chief inaugurated a blood donation camp in the party office. He thanked the party leaders and activists who donated blood in the camp and distributed fruits to them.TDP leaders V V V Chowdary, T D Janardhan, Dokka Manikya Vara Prasad,Rayapati Ranga Babu, Chandu Sambasiva Rao and others participated in the programme.
