The bus travelling from Hyderabad to Vizag was in route to a marriage when the incident took place.
While the passengers escaped unharmed, the bus was completely burnt. The bus driver had noticed the smoke in time and stopped the bus getting all the 40 passengers to safety.
The firefighters were immediately alerted and they reached on spot to douse down the flames. Sources reveal that the situation is under control and the police have registered a case on the incident.
