Tableaux should represent government schemes: CS
Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar suggested officials that the tableaux that would be exhibited in Independence Day parade should reflect development and government schemes of respective departments.
Amaravati: Chief Secretary Dinesh Kumar suggested officials that the tableaux that would be exhibited in Independence Day parade should reflect development and government schemes of respective departments.
Participating in a review meeting with officials at Secretariat on Wednesday, the CS said that the tableaus should represent the development schemes being implemented by respective departments.
He also suggested that 12 tableaus would be permitted to participate in parade. “Two or three departments can make joint tableaus representing schemes and coordination among the departments is needed to perform the task” he suggested.
Commissioner for information and public relations
department S Venkateswarlu said that officials who takes care of formulating tableaus should keep in touch with joint director of I and PR department for a better coordination.
