Meanwhile, the agitating students staged a demonstration before the Administrative Building and raised slogans to release their stipend immediately. As the pending bills of the students were also sent to the treasury on Tuesday, they were expecting that all of them will get two months stipend by Wednesday.

AP JUDA Association vice-president Dr PS Vishnu Bharadwaj reiterated that, unless all 137 students get the stipend for at least two months, the strike will not be called off. Association state leaders will meet Finance Minister Y Ramakrishnudu and Health Minister Kamineni Srinivas over the issue at Amaravati on Wednesday.
