Our focus is on development, says MLA Vanamadi
Kakinada City MLA Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao said that the government will focus its attention on development of Kakinada as corporation elections have been concluded.

Speaking to media after laying foundation stone for Rs 65 crore flyover works along with Mayor Pavani on Monday, the MLA said the government has sanctioned funds for the flyover even though the State is in deficit.
He recalled that in 2009, the flyover was sanctioned and the then government could not complete this work. Vanamadi hoped that the flyover would be completed in two years. He instructed the officials to construct an approach road for the flyover up to Nagamallithota junction.
He said the works will be completed according to GO No 101. Mayor Pavani, Roads and Buildings Superintendent Engineer Murthy, Red Cross President YD Ramarao and Corporators of 29,40,44,45,46 divisions also participated.
