Students and staff of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar are taking an active part in the ongoing Swachhta Se Divyata Tak nation-wide service programme under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation. 

Visakhapatnam: Students and staff of Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar are taking an active part in the ongoing Swachhta Se Divyata Tak nation-wide service programme under the aegis of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation.

Students have been highlighting the importance of cleanliness through skits, plays, quiz and elocution competitions every day. Guided by the teachers, the students cleaned the entire school specially took up cleaning the surrounding streets of the school campus, along with tree plantation activity, on Wednesday.

Swachh Bharat service activity was also taken up by a team of students and teachers at Mandal Parishad Primary School, Bheemili, which was adopted under Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Jyothi programme by Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar.

Mega Cycle Rally on October 13
On October 13, a massive cycle rally will be taken out on the Beach Road with placards depicting quotations on environmental awareness on Swachh Bharat and saving trees. The cycle rally will commence at YMCA at 4.30 pm and ends at Kalimatha temple, Beach Road. Around 750 students and staff will participate in this rally and thousands of saplings will be distributed to the public on the occasion. All the school programmes have been guided by its principal A Kausalya.
