Show cause notice issued to Sri Chaitanya College
Responding to a student named Dhumpa Pruthvi Sai Kumar\'s claim that he was beaten up by the Principal at the Sri Chaitanya Junior College in ISKON city for answering back, Nellore RIO Babu Jacob has inquired into the incident.

He later called upon College Principal and campus incharge Shiva to inquire into the case. Showcause notice was issued to the management after the student was beaten up seeking explanation within 24 hours.
Speaking in this regard, Babu Jacob said that the management has no right to hit students and added that the classes are to be maintained at the time specified by the government. He warned of extreme actions if more classes are conducted against the regular schedule.
AP Special Convener JAC state convenor Anjayya demanded action against the management of Sri Chaitanya Junior College, which severely tortured the student.
