Tirupati: Deputy Chief Minister China Rajappa and Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu launched a three-day property show by lighting a lamp at PLR function hall here on Friday.

The property show is being organised by Tirupati Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI). Addressing the gathering, Yanamala said that property show will be useful for buyers, who want to purchase flats, house sites and residential houses. He wished that 3rd property show being hosted by CREDAI Tirupati Chapter should become successful.

On the occasion, CREDAI state president R Siva Reddy and secretary C Sudhakar have requested the Minister to readjust the GST on realty sector. The Minister assured them that the government will take up the issue with the GST Council.

CREDAI Tirupati Chapter chairman K Gopinath, president V Srinivasulu and secretary TS Rajasekhar Gupta made an appeal to residents of Tirupati to utilise the opportunity for knowing property details.

Chittoor MP N Sivaprasad, TUDA Chairman Narasimha Yadav, MLA Suguna, and former TTD board member G Bhanu Prakash Reddy were present.
