Constable donates blood to injured
Tadepalligudem police donated blood to the victims of a road accident on Thursday. According to sources, Killadi Anand (33), his brother-in-law Epi Hemanth Kumar, P Ravi Kumar and S Ganeswara Rao of Tadepalligudem town went to Kaikaram in Unguturu mandal to distribute wedding cards of Anand’s brother Anil Kumar’s marriage on Wednesday.
Tadepalligudem: Tadepalligudem police donated blood to the victims of a road accident on Thursday. According to sources, Killadi Anand (33), his brother-in-law Epi Hemanth Kumar, P Ravi Kumar and S Ganeswara Rao of Tadepalligudem town went to Kaikaram in Unguturu mandal to distribute wedding cards of Anand’s brother Anil Kumar’s marriage on Wednesday.
After distributing the cards, they were returning to Tadepalligudem after 10 pm. When the car reached the second flyover at Yagarlapalli village near Tadepalligudem, a private ambulance of Mangalagiri area collided with the car.
In this incident, Anand died on the spot and the remaining three suffered serious injuries. They were admitted to Tadepalligudem Government Hospital. As the doctors urged the police to provide blood to the injured persons.
Tadepalligudem constable Venkateswara Rao donated blood to the victims. Later, seriously injured were shifted to Vijayawada Government Hospital for better treatment. Tadepalligudem rural police registered a case and took up investigation.
