APEPDCL’s consumer grievance meets in 5 dists
Retired Judge and APEPDCL’s Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum chairperson D Dharma Rao stated that the forum will conduct consumer awareness programmes to sort out the problems of the consumers of five districts.
Visakhapatnam: Retired Judge and APEPDCL’s Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum chairperson D Dharma Rao stated that the forum will conduct consumer awareness programmes to sort out the problems of the consumers of five districts.
According to a press release, the camp courts will be held at Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East & West Godavari districts that fall under the limits of APEPDCL starting from Friday.Hence, the chairperson requested the consumers to utilise the opportunity and convey their grievances without any fear at designated venues before the commission in person to get the issues resolved instantly.
He further stated that he himself would attend this programme and sort out the problems of the consumers immediately to the consumers’ satisfaction. In each district, the camp court will be held from 10:30 am to 1:20 pm. For the consumers belonging to Rajamahendravaram / Jaggampeta the meet will be held at Tuni sub-division office on December 15.
