The third gender community got a bonanza. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced Rs 1500 pension for Eunuchs every month. The decision was taken at cabinet meeting held on Saturday.
The CM also decided to provide loans under self employment scheme, housing and issuance of ration cards to the particular community. The cabinet also decided to create nine new mandals and an amendment to 2014 Police Act.
Chandrababu said that under the police act, state government was given authority to select senior most IPS official for the post of DGP from among the three senior most officials.
