Indiramma (37) was found dead in a suspicious manner at her parents’ house in Govindinne Palle of Sirvella mandal on Sunday morning. The Sirvella police, who were informed about the incident, are probing the case after registering a case.

According to the Sub Inspector, Sudhakar Reddy, the deceased was known to have married to one Balreddy of Govindinne Palle, 13 years ago. After 3 years of marital life, she was separated from her husband by taking divorce.
Since then, she was staying with her parents’ house at Govindinne Palle, he stated. During her stay at parents’ house she was having some disputes with her sister-in-law (younger brother’s wife) due to which frequent quarrels used to take place. Her brother’s family was staying next door. They used to quarrel regularly over property issues.
Her sister-in-law wanted to eliminate Indiramma, he added. It is suspected that she entered her mother-in-law’s house in the early hours of Sunday and finding Indiramma alone throttled and killed her. We were informed about the incident by the family members. We went to the spot and sent the body to autopsy. We have filed a case and took up investigation, said the Sub Inspector.
