Anantapur: MLA K Eeranna and MLC Gundumala Tippeswamy distributed cheques worth Rs 33 lakh among 100 beneficiaries under the CM relief fund at Neelakanthapuram in Madakasira mandal on Saturday. Earlier, the villagers welcomed the duo who came in a bike rally along with 100 TDP activists.
They took part in 'Intintiki Telugu Desam' campaign and inaugurated NTR Sujala Sravanthi Centre. Later, they handed over loan waiver documents to 150 farmers.
Speaking on the occasion, Eeranna lauded Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for taking steps to provide employment for about 15,000 people through construction of Gems and Jewelers Park.
