Speaking to media persons at his office here in the city, Vishnukumar Raju said even after 4 years passed after the state bifurcation, the Governor had never shown concern over the people of the state or its well being.
"The Governor doesn't even have time to pass the pending bills. Besides touring the state once in a while, there is no benefit for the people of Andhra Pradesh," he said.
