Australian Trade Commissioner all praise for Chandrababu Naidu
Trade Commissioner of Australian Trade and Investment Commission Peter Coleman, along with Business Development Manager of Australian Trade and Investment Commission Sangeetha Krishnamoorthy, visited Sravan Container Freight Station here on Friday.
Visakhapatnam: Trade Commissioner of Australian Trade and Investment Commission Peter Coleman, along with Business Development Manager of Australian Trade and Investment Commission Sangeetha Krishnamoorthy, visited Sravan Container Freight Station here on Friday.
It is the first container freight station to be established in the private sector in the state in 2004 with state-of-the art infrastructure providing round-the-clock services to the EXIM trade in the East Coast of India.
Expressing interest in food processing, cold chain and logistics Managing Director of Sravan Shipping Services Limited G Sambasiva Rao discussed potential areas of collaboration and investments through joint ventures which will be mutually beneficial to both the countries. He also briefed them about the coming projects like Free Trade Warehouse Zone and Multi Model Logistics Parks in Visakhapatnam.
Heaping praises on Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his vision to make Amravati as one of the top 10 cities in the world, Peter Coleman said Naidu was instrumental in setting up of Microsoft Software Development Centre in Hyderabad, the second such place outside Seattle in the US.
