Vijayawada: Kapunadu is going to organise a meeting here on July 10. Kapunadu president Galla Subramanyam took strong exception to the Centre's move opposing the Kapu reservation bill.
Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, he said the State government should be responsible for implementation of Kapu reservation since it had given assurance to the people of the community.
He said that there was a conspiracy behind the rejection of Kapu reservation issue by the Centre. He asked as to why the State had sent the bill without taking necessary precautions. Kapunadu leader Y Srinivasa Rao was also present.
