Srikakulam: The YSRCP leaders gave a call to grassroots level workers to launch an intense campaign against ruling TD leaders by exposing their corruption and looting of public money.
The party’s eighth foundation day celebrated at party office here on Monday. Speaking on the occasion, the party regional coordinator Dharmana Prasada Rao and Srikakulam parliamentary segment in-charge Tammineni Sitaram have exhorted their cadre to start campaign against TD government’s failures in its four-year rule.
They said the TDP leaders are involved in corruption and exploitation of natural resources like sand, land etc. “The TDP failed to achieve Special Category Status (SCS) to AP,” they alleged, adding TDP failed to fulfil its election assurances like loan waiver, providing employment and completion of projects.
In Srikakulam, the YSRCP is having committed cadre and cadre need to concentrate on strengthening the party for the ensuing elections, they stated. Party leaders Dharmana Krishna Das, Shanthi Reddy, MV Padmavathi and other also spoke.
