The children Sindhe Prem Chand, Katta Mani, Gudimitla Navadeepall are between the age of 7 years and and Sindhe Prem Jyothi of age 5 years, residents of Kothadonka near Bullet showroom at Sivaprasad Colony in Ongole. As the school was closed from afternoon, they went to play in the nearby newly constructing house at around 2PM. They tried to stand on a wall constructed with cement bricks, but wall collapsed on them. Prem Chand, Mani and Navadeep were died on the spot and Jyothi is shifted to a private hospital in the town.

The Childline Paralegal Volunteer BV Sagar informed that the parents of Prem Chand lost him earlier also but this time for permanent. He said that the boy ran away from home two years ago and the Childline brought him back to home after a lot of work by various NGOs.

The Ongole DSP B Srinivasa Rao, MLA Damacharla Janardhan, Childline representatives and other officials visited the spot and inquired about the incident. The MLA consoled the parents of the children and promised them to extend all possible help from the government.
