House panel on BC welfare to tour Srikakulam

Srikakulam: Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly (APLA) Committee on BC welfare will tour Srikakulam on June 19, according to district backward class welfare officer K Sri Devi. She released a press note here on Sunday. On June 19, the committee members reached Srikakulam and will visit Sun God temple at Arasavalli.

Later, they reviewed BC welfare schemes with district backward class welfare officer and BC Corporation executive director. In the afternoon, the committee will hold a review meeting on implementation of BC welfare schemes with the officials. They will review the implementation of reservations to BCs and welfare schemes with the officials concerned.
