Guntur: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday inaugurated the Potharlanka Lift Irrigation Scheme constructed at a cost of Rs 50 crore at Donepudi village under Kolluru mandal of Guntur district.
Speaking on the occasion, Naidu said the scheme facilitates to irrigate 5,000 acres of land in 11 villages. He said currently the farmers were getting 14.5 TMC feet of water from the Pattiseema project to Krishna delta and added he would make efforts to make AP No 1 in the country.
