95-year-old wins silver medal at World Athletics Champ

Visakhapatnam: Commodore V Sriramulu (retired), 95-years- old, a super senior naval veteran, a resident of Visakhapatnam, won silver medal in 10 km race event in the age group of 90 to 95 years at World Masters Athletics Championship - 2018 in Malaga, Spain.

He finished the race in 1 hour and 27 minutes.  The 23rd edition of the World Athletics Championship was being held at Malaga Athletics Stadium, Spain, from September 4 to 15.
