Rajamahendravaram: Godavari Urban Development Authority (GUDA) chairman Ganni Krishna has said that as many as 2,350 sq. kms fall under the purview of GUDA in East Godavari district. Speaking to reporters at his office here on Monday, he said GUDA is clearing the applications for clearing lay outs without delay as it designed its own software in this regard.
Approval for layouts in the limits of GUDA is a must and action will be initiated against the respective layout owners who violate the rules. Many people are losing their money by purchasing unauthorised layouts and the people should know about the details of layouts before they purchase them.
