Guntur: GMC Town Planning department conducted training classes to the town planning staff and licensed engineers to explain how to upload DCR Software through Online APDMS to give permissions to building construction to set up industrial units at a meeting held at GMC council hall here on Wednesday.
Speaking on this occasion, the GMC city planner D Chakrapani directed the officials to give permissions to the constructions meant to set up industrial units and added that the state government was also keen to give building permissions for industrial units at the earliest to encourage the entrepreneurs to boost industrial development.
He said that if there was any problem in sanctioning building permission, people can bring the same to his notice.
He said that licensed surveyors would play a key role in the sanctioning the permissions.
Town planning regional director Subba Reddy and deputy city planner Satyanarayana were among those present.
