1.4 crore disbursed in SGB’s loan mela

Tirupati: Saptagiri Grameena Bank (SGB) has conducted ‘Runa mela’ at its main branch, TK Street, here on Wednesday. T Vasantha Kumari, Comptroller, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU) and M Jayaram Naik, Regional Manager (RM) have attended the programme as guests.

While delivering the keynote address, the Comptroller stressed on the need of good customer service for business development of any bank. She applauded the excellent customer service being rendered by staff at branches of the SGB.

Jayaram Naik has stated that the SGB is having 210 branches in Chittoor and Krishna districts with business volume of Rs 10,745 crore. Rs 1.4 crore worth loans were disbursed to the customers through the guests. K Ramesh, Chief Manager of Tirupati branch, regional office staff and staff of other SGB branches were present.
