Srikakulam: Bank loans of farmers and women will be waived absolutely after Sankranthi festival assured Chief Minister, N.Chandrababu Naidu. He attended sixth phase JanmaBhumi-Maavuru programme at ZP high school grounds in Pogiri village in Rajam mandal on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion CM said that Rs 24,000 crore loans waived so far in the state and loans waived fully after the festival.

He said that people are happy with effective implementation of welfare schemes. CM said that we have achieved 50 times more development in agriculture sector than Telangana state and also provided secured life to farmers than previous and earlier they were in debt trap and trouble to achieve sufficient yields. CM also assured that irrigated water fully supplied to crops by linking of rivers and finishing projects at brisk pace by explaining about Vamsadhara, Thotapalli projects.

He also explained that we are constructing 30 lakh houses by spending Rs 83,000 crore funds in the state to provide own houses to all eligible in the state. We have been developing all sectors from the beginning with a vision and promoting natural farming in the state to improve productivity in agriculture sector CM explained. Being a son of a farmer I knew problems of farmers and also an elder son for poor families and committed for their welfare and TDP is always thinking about welfare of poor and it is poor people government CM elaborated. He also assured that he will not sleep till witnessed that happiness among farmers.
