Guntur: Divisional railway manager VG Bhuma said that women are more efficient than men and they are excelling as bosses in many corporate companies.
She addressed a symposium on ‘Women and Leadership qualities’ at Vignan's University at Vadlamudi in Guntur district on Monday.
She said that women are mentally strong than men and will work hard and it was proved in the surveys also. She said that women will think a problem in various angles.
Prof Challapalli Swarupa Rani of ANU Mahayana Buddhist Studies urged the government to discuss on women welfare in the legislature and urged the educated women to fight against the social evils.
Regional Vigilance and Enforcement officer Sobha Rani said that due to lack of knowledge women are involving in the cybercrimes and suggested not to use personal photos in social media.
