Guntur: Former MLC K S Lakshmana Rao on Friday filed his nomination papers to contest in Guntur-Krishna Graduates constituency MLC elections. PDF is supporting his candidature. Lakshmana Rao was accompanied by PDF MLCs Boddu Nageswara Rao, Bala Subrahmanyam and filed the nomination.
Earlier, addressing the meeting held at Sri Venkateswara Vignana Mandiram, V Bala Subrahmanyam said that Rao would raise the problems of unemployees, pensions, employees in the council and solve their problems. PDF MLC Katti Narasimha Reddy said that Krishna-Guntur Graduates constituency MLC candidate K.S.Lakshamana Rao will mount pressure against the CPS, if he is elected and criticized that all the political parties have failed to fight against the CPS.
PDF MLC Ramu Surya Rao said that former MLC K.S.Lakshamana Rao had experience and solve their problems. UTF, APTF and leaders of another 73 associations took out a rally from Sri Venkateswara Vignana Mandiram to Collectorate.
