Students of Jain Group of Institutions (JGI) promoted the concept of physical literacy as part of the ‘Sea of Change’ annual event organised at the Gachibowli Stadium here recently. About 1,500 students participated in the event in which Tollywood singer Kousalya and JGI School’s CEO, Chandra Shekar were present.

Gachibowli: Students of Jain Group of Institutions (JGI) promoted the concept of physical literacy as part of the ‘Sea of Change’ annual event organised at the Gachibowli Stadium here recently. About 1,500 students participated in the event in which Tollywood singer Kousalya and JGI School’s CEO, Chandra Shekar were present.

Students in groups performed 1,111 movements through fitness, fun and sport activities. Speaking on the occasion Shekar said, “Physical Literacy initiative is basically to involve all the stakeholders apart from the students to understand the necessity for the physical wellbeing by making oneself fit through simple physical movements.”
