Hyderabad: Suven Life Sciences has received an approval from Australia for a patent on a drug used in the treatment of disorders associated with neurodegenerative diseases.
The company has been granted one product patent from Australia corresponding to the New Chemical Entities (NCEs) for the treatment of disorders associated with neurodegenerative diseases, according to a communique to BSE.
“The patent is valid through 2034. Drugs for cognitive disorders with high unmet medical need with huge market potential globally,” Suven Life CEO Venkat Jasti said.
