Karunendra S Jasti, Partner, Kay Logistics LLP, has been elected as Vice President of the Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) at the industry body’s Managing Committee meeting in the city on Thursday.

Hyderabad: Karunendra S Jasti, Partner, Kay Logistics LLP, has been elected as Vice President of the Federation of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTAPCCI) at the industry body’s Managing Committee meeting in the city on Thursday.

Karunendra served as a FTAPCCI Managing Committee Member from 2005 to 2012, and from 2014 to till date. He also chaired various committees like tourism and infrastructure. Currently, he is on committees on indirect taxes and budget. He also served as member of selection committee.

He established Stypack group to manufacture expanded polystyrene (thermocole) sheets and mouldings for insulation and packaging at four locations across the country - Hyderabad (Telangana), Pune (Maharashtra), Tirupathi and Ganapavaram, West Godavari district, AP. Stypack is one of the largest EPS manufacturing company in South India with a large list of customers.

He diversified into port operations by establishing Kay Logistics which has a varying portfolio of operations right from warehousing, equipment to handle agricultural products and coal at Krishnapatnam Port in Andhra Pradesh.

He associated with Macro Media Digital Imaging Pvt Ltd which is the largest large format digital printing company in the country having facilities in 11 locations across the country.

Born in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, Jasti holds a degree in BE (Mechanical) from Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management, Visakhapatnam from the year 1984 to 88.
