City-based IT firm Bodhtree Consulting said it had become the platinum member of Salesforce, an American cloud computing company. This is a significant recognition for the company as there are very few players in the country, which have been conferred with this status.

“This will increase the business flow under supply chain management segment for the company as the support for business development would be extended from Salesforce. The company’s business margins in this segment will increase, which is good profitability booster for the overall company,” the IT firm said.
Bodhtree has expanded its Salesforce sales and development team to increase the business under this segment. It expects major business from healthcare, manufacturing, education and financial services with specializations on mobility and digital marketing will surely help the company in getting more business especially in the enterprise segment.
“It would help Bodhtree in making better brand and stand out in Salesforce fraternity as the best partner. Salesforce recognizes partners that have worked on a variety of accounts, vertical focus, understands salesforce implementation, training & adoption and help customers in their complete customer journey,” said Rama Krishna, the company’s MD.
Based on certain parameters like sourced and joint licenses revenue, specializations, customer satisfaction score, customer success stories, salesforce certificated resources, growth in ACV etc., partners are promoted to upgrade to next level, he added. In addition to becoming a strong player in Salesforce implementation, the company is looking at other emerging areas like financial cloud, healthcare cloud, marketing cloud.
