KTR hosts lunch for R Narayana Murthy
IT Minister K T Rama Rao reportedly hosted a lunch for revolutionary filmmaker R Narayana Murthy a few days ago at his house and spent more than an hour with the actor-director discussing about films and other industry-related issues.

When he got a call from the director, he immediately asked him to come home.
Knowing that the actor-director is shy and down-to-earth, KTR made him comfortable and had lunch with him,” says a source. The actor-director expressed his reservations about ticket rate hike post-GST and on a few other issues. In fact, KTR was all ears for the veteran actor,” the source adds.
The Left-oriented filmmaker has carved a niche for himself with hard hitting films like `Cheemaladandu’, `Erra Sanyam’ and `Orey Rikshaw’. However, due to change in tastes of new generation viewers, his last few films like `Dandakaranyam’ failed to impress. Nevertheless, the filmmaker had a good time with CM’s son. -
