Balakrishna to turn producer with NTR biopic

After not-so-impressive ‘Paisa Vasool’, seasoned star Balakrishna seems to have resolved to turn producer for his upcoming and much-awaited NTR biopic. With a lot of hype generated around the magnum opus, Nandamuri star will be joining hands with producers Sai Korapati and Vishnu Induri to deliver a lavish extravaganza to live up to high expectations of the fans. “It is true that Balakrishna will be turning producer with NTR biopic, which will be his 103rd film.

Right now modalities are being worked out. In fact, Balakrishna is sparing more time for this prestigious project and holding discussions on whom to sign as director and other cast and crew. He wants to have his say in this magnum opus and doesn’t want to leave it to others,” says a source, close to the family.

Even though, legendary actor NTR had established Ramakrishna Cine Studios and made some films, but Balayya wants to have his own banner and later make more films on his own, adds the source. It is well-known that families of leading stars like Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh have their own banners, now it’s turn of scion of Nandamuri clan to turn a new leaf in his illustrious career.
