70 Crore For Manchu Vishnu's Kannappa
There were a lot of reports in the film industry that Sunil would be doing a film on Bhakta Kannappa which is expected to be directed by Tanikella Bharani. Veteran actor and writer Tanikella Bharani penned the entire script of the film and waited years for the project to happen. After a point, he has completely lost hope in the film and sold the script to Manchu Vishnu for a decent price.

Manchu Vishnu is now planning to bring this project on cards. Already Vishnu has recruited writers to work on this project and make necessary changes to it. Earlier, it was rumoured that Krishna Vamsi would be brought on board to direct this film but now we have come to know that a Hollywood director will be coming on board to direct this film in multiple languages. Vishnu is going to take a final call on the project after the release of his pending movies.
If everything goes well, the regular shoot of this film will start this year end and a huge amount 70 Cr is being spent on this devotional project.
