Even though young actress Megha Akash made her debut with the much-hyped film ‘Lie’, it failed to give her a break in T-town since the spy thriller crashed at the box office.
Now, she should be pinning big hopes on her next ‘Chal Mohana Ranga,’ opposite Nithiin. “She plays a bubbly role which is close to her real-self and confident of making a mark this time around,” says a source, close to the actress.
Meanwhile, the actress is doing two Tamil films ‘Oru Pakka Kathai,’ and ‘Boomerang,’ to expand her horizons beyond Telugu filmdom.
“The onscreen chemistry between Nithiin and Megha is electrifying and bound to attract viewers,” the source adds. The Chennai-born girl is trying her luck in Tamil Nadu as well as in the two Telugu states. “She needs just one big hit to justify her talent and good looks.
A hit is just round-the-corner with Pawan Kalyan’s production and Trivikram Srinivas’s script,” adds the source. With homely-looking girls like Keerthy Suresh, Nivedha Thomas and Sai Pallavi making waves, it is just a matter of time for Megha Akash to hog the limelight.
