After the biopic on the life of Mahanati Savitri, it is the time for a documentary on the life of Gemini Ganesan. Apparently, the actor\'s daughter Kamala Selvaraj has made some objectionable comments on the movie Mahanati citing that the film has shown her father in poor light. She also made allegations that her father\'s character was shown in a negative manner.

As a result, Kamala decided to bring out the truths in her version about her father in a documentary. She announced Kaadhal Mannan as the title for the documentary. It means King of Romance and it is how the Kollywood welcomed the hero in their industry. The duration of the documentary is said to be 100 minutes.
On the other side, Savitri's daughter Vijaya Chamundeshwari has differed with the comments made by Kamala Selvaraj.
