Man kills wife, commits suicide
In a fit of rage, a man attacked his wife with a cane during an argument which resulted in her death due to head injuries. Unable to fathom what he had done, he later committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling. The incident occurred in Moosarambagh on Wednesday morning
Hyderabad: In a fit of rage, a man attacked his wife with a cane during an argument which resulted in her death due to head injuries. Unable to fathom what he had done, he later committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling. The incident occurred in Moosarambagh on Wednesday morning.
According to Malakpet police, the deceased, Subhash Reddy (42), a native of Sangareddy, was living with his wife Shobha(35), and two daughters aged 9 and 4 years at Moosarambagh. On Wednesday morning, when both the girls went to school, the couple entered into an argument over some trivial issue.
Out of rage, Subhash hit Shobha on the head with a cane which resulted in her instantaneous death. He then committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling. Police shifted the bodies to Osmania General Hospital and began investigations after registering a case under Sections 302 and 174 IPC.
